today's the day...

some are coming by plane
and others by car
breaking up the trip tonight
for, it's much too far

our bags are packed
gloves, scarves and hats galore
and air mattresses too
for we youngin's stuck on the floor

plans are made
our itinerary is set
we've left all the boys behind
lest not we forget

we're hope they are ready
abe, george and barack
because the heard girls are headed north
and we'll arrive in a flock

we might have a chance to shine
our group in the spotlight
so keep your eyes open
we are sure to be a sight
